Senior Backend Developer; Python​/Django

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable and robust backend services using Python and Django.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs to support our web and mobile applications.
• Optimize application performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system stability.
• Work with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and No
  
  SQL databases as needed.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
• Implement security and data protection measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior developers and share expertise to foster team growth.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep experience with the Django framework.
• Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL and/or No
  
  SQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git), testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team environment.
• Experience in the Fin Tech industry is highly desirable.
