* Summary:

** The Technical Lead, Software Developer will be a highly skilled professional who will provide technical leadership in solving highly complex data, hardware, software or process initiatives.
*
* Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Provides strategic technical and consultative leadership and ownership on the most complex technical matters.
* Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon identified user specifications.
* Provides technical leadership in solving highly complex data, hardware, software or process problems.
* May address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms.
* Expected to proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or risk and to drive their ultimate resolution.
* Possesses across the board knowledge of the Huntington technical environment and how the various systems are interconnected.
* Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of technical industry trends, particularly as they apply to Huntington.
* Expected to coach and mentor others on direct team, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
* Serves as project leader for specific projects, which are highly complex and strategic in nature.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Basic Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience in Software Development.
* 7+ years of hand-on software development OOP experience.
* 1+ years of technical lead experience, coaching/mentoring others.  
** Preferred Qualifications
*** 5+ years of experience with Java, Python, and SQL.
* 2+ years of experience working with Springboot, or microservice architecture.
* Experience working in multi-cloud environments, AWS & GCP.
* Technical knowledge of ETL/ELT lifecycle.
* Strong communication skills & ability to connect teams towards common goals.
