AI Fullstack Developer role

Must have Pharma/Lifesciences Domain exp.

Requirement is for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer. Must be an individual contributor.

• React, Vue.js, C#, SQL, and JavaScript (any modern JavaScript framework).
• Strong hands‑on Full Stack Development experience is required.
• Candidate should have AI exposure.
• Experience with Cursor AI and Claude AI is highly preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) and Enterprise AI Agents is required.

Preferred experience:

46 years. However, candidates with up to 12 years of overall experience will also be considered.

• Take a business problem and frame it as a math problem.
• Utilize advanced quantitative techniques, and brainstorm with domain experts, to find the optimal solution to this problem.
• Write sophisticated and elegant code to implement the solution.
• Collaborate with and communicate your team’s work to clients from leading pharmaceutical companies around the world.
• Contribute to the advancement of healthcare provided to millions of patients.

• Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development.
• Experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#, .Net, Java, or C / C++).
• Experience with AI based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine‑tuning, advanced Prompt Engineering and GraphRAG.
• Knowledge of SQL or no‑SQL databases (or willingness to learn).
• Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities. Enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems.
• Intellectual curiosity, discipline and attention to structure and details.
• Interest in life sciences / healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
