Fractal is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to drive an AI-enabled software engineering transformation for a leading Financial Services organization. You will use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and related tools to ship production code and configure automation across enterprise codebases.
Required are 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and at least one other language (Type Script/Java), plus direct experience with agent tooling and CI/CD automation.
