Salary: $103, per year
Requirements:- 12+ years of overall experience, including strong hands-on expertise in software architecture and AI.
- Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and agentic AI.
- Experience in AI-assisted software engineering and SDLC automation, reverse and forward engineering, and Specification-Driven Development.
- Enterprise application architecture experience and knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise security.
- Technical experience with .NET or Java, Angular or React, APIs, SQL, Python, and Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Experience with CI/CD, Dev Ops, automated testing, prompt and context engineering, and LLM evaluation.
- Preferred:
Experience developing an AI SDLC or agentic engineering framework from proof of concept through enterprise adoption. - Preferred:
Experience with legacy modernization and AI-based application parity and validation.
- Define and implement an end-to-end AI SDLC framework covering requirements, development, testing, validation, and deployment.
- Develop AI-driven reverse-engineering processes to analyze existing applications, code, databases, APIs, user interfaces, and business rules, and convert findings into structured specifications.
- Establish Specification-Driven Development practices in which approved requirements and specifications guide architecture, code, test cases, and documentation.
- Design AI agent workflows for architecture, coding, SQL and data modeling, APIs, user interfaces, testing, code review, and validation.
- Implement AI-assisted forward engineering that turns business and functional requirements and specifications into production-ready application components.
- Establish automated specification-to-code and specification-to-test processes, along with traceability and validation mechanisms.
- Define governance, security, quality gates, and human review controls for AI-generated artifacts.
- Evaluate and integrate agentic development platforms and tools such as Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Azure AI, and OpenAI or similar solutions.
