Res Med seeks a Test Automation Engineer to develop and maintain automated testing solutions for healthcare software. This fully remote position involves designing test strategies, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and advising cross-functional teams on quality assurance practices.
Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain automated tests for functionality, regression, UI, APIs, integrations, performance, and security
- Select appropriate test automation frameworks and tools with development teams; ensure sustainable application
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve test stability, maintainability, and reliability
- Analyze test results, defects, flakiness, and quality risks; support root cause analysis
- Define test strategies and quality approaches for team and project contexts with risk-based coverage
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical training/experience
- Multiple years of hands-on software testing, QA, or software development experience
- Several years of practical test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration experience
- Proficiency with automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Postman, Rest Assured)
- Competency in .NET, Type Script, or similar languages;
Angular environment knowledge - Experience with Team City, Git Hub Actions, or comparable CI/CD systems
- Fluent communication in German and English on technical and quality-related topics
