Engineers have true end-to-end ownership from idea to production: scoping, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement based on real customer feedback.

The Brain team owns the intelligence layer behind Piper, our flagship AI SDR product for qualifying leads and booking meetings. Our team is responsible for building, maintaining, and upgrading the agents that power Piper to support new capabilities and model releases. We own the system prompts, model configuration, context layer, evals, and harness that powers Piper behind the scenes.

You will work closely with product teams to build the products and features that allow our customers to bring their customer GTM strategy, CRM data, and guardrails together to deliver an on-brand, personalized, muilti-modal AI SDR agent experience to their website and email.
