What to expect
Full-Stack Development:
You design and develop AI-enabled software solutions, from the data model to the front end. This is at the core of our work.Solution Building:
You solve challenges from client projects, from concept through to production use.AI & Agentic Systems: RAG pipelines, knowledge assistants and agent-based teams (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
Data & BI:
Data models, ETL processes and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI / Fabric.Projects & Business Development:
You take ownership of project work and contribute to business development and pitches, with commission participation.

- Flexible working hours
A technical background in computer science, business information systems or a comparable field, combined with an affinity for business, or a business background such as a commercial apprenticeship, business administration or a comparable field, combined with an affinity for technology and AI.
Experience in full-stack development is an advantage, ideally with projects or solutions you can show us.
An understanding of system architectures, data and business intelligence, ideally within the Microsoft technology stack.
An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and open, client-centred communication. Fluency in German and English.
An interest in or experience within financial services, banking and finance.
Willingness to work regularly on site in Zollikon (Zurich area). Remote work is possible, but permanent residence abroad is not.
