Tasks- Lead end-to-end delivery from scoping to go-live for AI solutions.
- Integrate LLMs with core systems, Google Cloud, and APIs efficiently.

- Experience in writing production-ready code using Python, Type Script, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of AI, data stacks, and SQL for effective implementations.
- Proficient in cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- End-to-End Delivery:
Technical implementation of AI and automation solutions from scoping and prototyping to go-live within the business unit - Core & Cloud Integration:
Connecting LLMs and agents to core systems (e.g. Syrius), Google Cloud, APIs and Kafka - Production-grade AI & Guardrails:
Building robust workflows with model evaluation, guardrails and GDPR compliance for business-critical processes - Business Unit Sparring:
Translating complex business logic into code and enabling squads to independently further develop - Pattern & Scaling:
Transforming recurring solutions into reusable software components and best practices
- Software Engineering:
Several years of experience writing production-ready code (full-stack, ideally with Python, Type Script or Java) - AI & Data Stack:
Experience with RAG, LLM orchestration (e.g. Lang Graph), SQL and modern interfaces (REST, events) - Cloud & Dev Ops:
Confident handling of cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP), Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines - Ownership Mindset:
Pragmatic hands-on drive, enjoyment of rapid prototyping and focus on measurable added value rather than pure theory - Communication:
Business fluent German and very good English for direct exchange with business units and IT
