This role will support the enablement of AI capabilities within our foundational cloud platforms and contribute to initiatives that advance AI-driven solutions for enhanced developer experience and employee productivity. Responsibilities include researching and implementing AI-powered features, optimizing platform performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver innovative AI applications that improve both developer workflows and employee engagement.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Dev Ops Engineering.

Responsibility Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas or feedback on AI initiatives and ways to improve the developer and employee experience

Assist in streamlining development workflows and automating routine tasks to improve efficiency for developers

Collaborate with team members to implement best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization in the cloud environment

Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and contribute to improving code quality

Participate in on-call support as part of a rotation with other team members

Job Designation Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

BasicBS/BA degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS Experience with AI concepts, tools, or frameworks

Experience with programming languages such as Python

Preferred Experience  with additional cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices

Strong communication and documentation skills

Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in developing AI-driven solutions on cloud platforms
