PowerApps Developer; Remote

• Tier One Technologies is looking for a Power Apps Developer for our direct US Government client.
• This remote contract-to-hire position will be originated in Rosslyn, VA.
• East Coast time zone candidates preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.

• Develop Power Apps canvas and model driven apps.
• Build Enterprise-level mobile solutions, utilizing best practices within Power Platform Community.
• Use multiple OOTB Connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate and preferably create custom connectors for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Re-write and re-engineer custom legacy applications to Power Apps solutions.
• Adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
• Interpret and design database models (MYSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Address and remediate security vulnerability findings in Power Apps.
• Integrate Power BI Reports and dashboards into Power Apps.
• Satisfy requirements, meet agreed completion dates, and perform unit & integration testing.
• Communicate proposed designs and progress on the work to customers, team leads, and team members.
• Support cross-functional project teams consisting of app development, IT operations, and information security.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and minimum of 5 years of progressive, related experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Applicable Degrees / Certifications to include Training and/or certification for Power Apps Professional or Power Apps Developer and Training and/or certification for Microsoft Flow.
• 3-5 years of experience with Development in Dynamics 365.
• 3-5 years of experience developing canvas and model driven Power Apps with a nice UX interface.
• 3-5 years of experience creating Forms and Flows that move data from Forms to Azure Dev Ops .
• 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience developing solutions that span multiple Office
  365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Outlook, Graph API, One Note, One Drive, etc.).
• Experience with Power Apps integration with Azure API Apps, Azure Logic apps, Azure Functions and REST services.
• Experience migrating business processes (Info Path forms and SharePoint Designer workflows) to Power Apps and Flow Ability to multi-task and effectively support competing prioritize.
• Working knowledge of Power Apps and Flow licensing plans and features included in different plans.
• Experience working with Agile methodology and self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic environment.
• SQL experience is a PLUS.
• Strong understanding Power Apps formulas and development methods to develop canvas and model driven apps.
• Ability to estimate work content and achieve planned timelines.
• Proficiency in Agile project methodologies.
• Understanding of how to implement solutions with multiple data sources.
• Knowledgeable of installing and configuring data gateways.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
• Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
