Turn clinical guidelines into explicit, sourced rules, and keep them current. The symbolic half of the system.
You will write the clinical logic Chroneme decides with: reading guidelines and the literature, encoding them as explicit rules, citing their source, and testing them on real cases.
Every rule you write has to be readable by a clinician and checkable in a single case.
Responsibilities:- Translating guidelines (KDIGO, ASCO, AHA and others) into rules with stated reasons and sources
- Maintaining rules as guidance changes, with a clear change record
- Building test cases for every rule with the physician fellow
- Working with the AI engineer on what each rule needs as input
- Clinical background:
PharmD, RN, PA or MD - Experience in clinical informatics, decision support or order sets
- Precise writing; comfort with logic and structured data
- Experience with clinical terminologies or CDS standards (CDS Hooks, FHIR)
- Some programming (Python or SQL)
