Key Responsibilities   Lead the design, development, and deployment of native iOS and Android mobile applications.
Define and implement mobile architecture best practices, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering technical excellence and code quality.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define app features and user experience.
Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to App Store/Google Play release.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and stability.
Implement and manage mobile CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay current with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and platform updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile application issues.
Champion user-centric design and a seamless user experience.
Contribute to the strategic vision for the company's mobile presence.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
Proven experience leading mobile development teams and projects.
Expertise in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin, Java).

Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a strong asset.
Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.

Experience with mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC, VIPER).
Familiarity with mobile backend integration, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
Knowledge of mobile security best practices.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Understanding of the app store submission process (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
