Position Overview We are seeking a Software Developer III to design, develop, test, and enhance complex software applications and systems. This role will serve as a senior technical contributor responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, experience developing enterprise-grade applications, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while mentoring other developers.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain complex software applications and services.
* Enhance existing software systems through performance improvements, feature development, and defect resolution.
* Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
* Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following established development standards.
* Review software requirements and technical specifications to determine implementation strategies.
* Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development team members.
* Collaborate with product owners, engineers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and environments.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, support procedures, and implementation guides.
* Support software testing, deployment, and production readiness activities.
* Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and development methodologies to improve team effectiveness.
* Lead or contribute to technical projects involving internal and third-party vendors.

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5+ years of professional software development experience.
* Strong experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise software applications.
* Experience working throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Strong understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming concepts, and development best practices.
* Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience leading development projects or mentoring junior developers.
* Experience with Agile development methodologies.
* Experience working with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
* Experience integrating third-party systems, APIs, and vendor solutions.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Dev Ops practices.
