Software Engineering Manager; Fully Remote

What You'll Do:

• Lead engineering teams to build high-performing, customer-facing applications and supporting platforms.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align engineering priorities with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Champion AI-SDLC investments and modern engineering practices like CI/CD, automation, observability, and cloud-native architecture.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including leading engineering teams and driving transformation.
• Strong technical judgment in software architecture, APIs, Dev Ops, and Agile delivery.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and leading distributed or remote teams is preferred.
• Estimated pay range is $175, annually.
