We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our core engineering team. You will not just write code - you will help design systems, mentor junior developers, make architectural decisions, and directly shape the future of our AI platform.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the world, provided you can collaborate effectively in English.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for our AI agent platform.
• Own features from technical design through to deployment and monitoring.
• Write high quality, testable, and maintainable code.
• Conduct and participate in thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Optimise system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Mentor and guide less experienced developers on the team.
• Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision records.

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, Type Script/Node.js, or Go).
• Solid experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot, Express, or FastAPI).

• Experience with AI/ML integrations, LLMs, or agent based systems.
• Knowledge of event driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
