Software Engineer; Mid-Level–Senior); Fully Remote

• Build applications, APIs, integrations, and data workflows for healthcare operations.
• Take features from problem to implementation, testing, and release.
• Improve performance, data quality, and production reliability.

What we're looking for:

• At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production experience with Ruby on Rails or Python and strong SQL/PostgreSQL.
• Good fundamentals in API design, testing, debugging, and system performance.
• Fully remote on a growing 30-person engineering team.
• Real ownership and collaboration with product and engineering leadership.

Compensation and leveling:

• Annual base salary range is $140,000–$200,000 USD plus bonus and equity.
• Mid-level: $140,000–$165,000;
  Experienced mid-level: $165,000–$190,000;
  Senior: $190,000–$200,000.
