About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cross Platform Rendering Specialist to optimize rendering performance, visual consistency, and graphics quality across multiple operating systems, devices, and hardware configurations. The successful candidate will develop and improve rendering solutions, troubleshoot platform-specific graphics issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver smooth, responsive, and consistent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize rendering systems for applications running across multiple platforms and device types.
Ensure consistent visual output, layout behavior, and graphics performance across operating systems, browsers, and hardware configurations.
Investigate rendering defects, visual inconsistencies, frame drops, graphical artifacts, and platform-specific compatibility issues.
Optimize rendering pipelines, frame timing, resource management, and GPU utilization.
Work with graphics APIs, rendering engines, and frameworks to improve visual quality and performance.
Analyze CPU and GPU bottlenecks using profiling, debugging, and graphics diagnostic tools.
Collaborate with UI engineers, graphics programmers, designers, and quality assurance teams to resolve rendering challenges.
Develop automated rendering tests and visual regression checks to maintain consistent output across supported platforms.
Evaluate cross-platform graphics technologies and recommend appropriate implementation strategies.
Document rendering standards, performance benchmarks, compatibility requirements, and technical solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Graphics, or a related technical field.
At least 5–8 years of experience in graphics programming, rendering engineering, application development, or cross-platform software development.
Strong understanding of rendering pipelines, rasterization, compositing, frame scheduling, and graphics performance optimization.
Experience with technologies such as OpenGL, Vulkan, DirectX, Metal, WebGL, WebGPU, or comparable graphics APIs.
Familiarity with rendering engines and frameworks such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Qt, Flutter, or other cross-platform technologies.
Proficiency in languages such as C++, C#, Rust, JavaScript, or Type Script, depending on the target platform.
Experience with GPU profiling, graphics debugging, shader optimization, and memory management.
Knowledge of operating system differences, hardware capabilities, display characteristics, and graphics compatibility.
Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams in a fully remote environment.
