Senior Mobile Application Developer; Remote

Our client, a leading innovator in mobile technology, is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer to join their fully remote development team. This is a critical role focused on designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, high-quality native mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. You will be involved in the entire app lifecycle, from conception and design to testing and deployment.

• Develop and maintain native iOS and Android applications using Swift/Objective-C and Kotlin/Java, respectively.
• Design and build advanced user interfaces that are intuitive and engaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define app features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Implement new technologies to maximize the application's usefulness and impact.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify and implement solutions, and perform regular updates.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap for mobile development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in native mobile application development.
• Proven experience developing and publishing applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C for iOS development, and Kotlin and/or Java for Android development.
• Experience with mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Knowledge of push notifications, mobile analytics, and performance monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for a remote team environment.
