• Design and implement state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) models and algorithms, particularly for conversational AI and dialogue management.
• Lead the development of robust and scalable dialogue systems, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and response generation.
• Collaborate with product teams to define NLP features and requirements for new products and services.
• Research and evaluate new NLP techniques, tools, and libraries to improve model performance and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and evaluating NLP models, ensuring high-quality data.
• Mentor junior NLP engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth.
• Optimize NLP models for deployment in production environments, considering latency and resource constraints.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in NLP, with a strong focus on dialogue systems, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
• Expertise in Python and common NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their application in dialogue.
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and evaluation metrics.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead complex technical projects in a remote setting.
