Software Engineer, Developer Productivity; Fully Remote

• Remote-first (Argentina) and permanent full-time.
• Report to the Senior Engineering Manager, Developer Productivity.
• High impact role focused on reducing cycle time and enabling world-class developer experience.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end deployment strategy, from CI to production rollout.
• Implement progressive delivery through canary, blue/green, feature flags, and automated rollback.
• Build and evolve internal tooling to improve testing and deployment workflows.

About you:

• 7+ years in Dev Ops, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Git Ops, ArgoCD, and Argo Rollouts.
• Strong track record of improving developer velocity, reliability, and system scalability.
