• Design, develop, and maintain advanced web applications using Python and Django.
• Lead architecture and design discussions, guiding technical decisions.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

• 4+ years of experience in software development with Python and Django.
• Proficiency in databases, query optimization, and data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced level of English.
