Job description/Responsibilities :
1. 10 or more years of
Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Experience with AI Assisted coding using AI Agentic frameworks
2. Hands-on experience in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, .NET core, and Web API development
3. Knowledge of databases such as Sybase Or SQL Server
4. Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis
5.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
6. Proficiency in Git version control
7.
Experience with AI Assisted coding using Git Hub Copilot / Claude Code / Windsurf
8. Familiarity with MS Agent Framework, Agentic AI solutions, Spec Driven Development is a plus.
9. Awareness in Angular is a plus
* Experience with Analyzing cross functional requirements
* Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI based applications
* Experience translating high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture
* Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities
* Understanding of Agentic AI Evals
* Experience Carelon SCS Applications and business processes is preferred.
* Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents is preferred
