• Develop and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon).
• Build and maintain backend services for decentralized applications.
• Design and implement user-friendly frontend interfaces for dApps.
• Integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend applications using libraries like Web
  3.js or Ethers.js.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the full stack.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of both smart contracts and application code.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Full-Stack Developer, with at least 2 years focused on blockchain development.
• Proficiency in smart contract languages such as Solidity.
• Strong experience with backend development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
• Expertise in frontend development frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Familiarity with blockchain interaction libraries (e.g., Web
