Chemical Engineer

Join our engineering team in Oklahoma City and help us scale systems that handle traffic from across OK and beyond. This OK role reads like an upgrade — $81,000 - $125,000, remote hours, 5 years valued, and a path that does not dead-end.

• Shave milliseconds off the technology hot path that Property Plus Group users feel every click
• Document technical decisions, architecture, and APIs for the broader org
• Tune C# caching so Property Plus Group survives the Oklahoma City launch spike on the same hardware
• Guard the Tailwind CSS codebase quality through reviews that teach as much as they catch
• Stitch Ruby on Rails events into the Unit Testing pipeline feeding Property Plus Group's technology reports
• Carry features from whiteboard sketch to Oklahoma City, OK production without dropping the baton
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
• Own the full lifecycle of technology systems from prototype to production

• Practical command of Agile, with bonus points for Public Speaking
• The kind of ownership that treats the company's money like your own
• Storytelling instincts that turn data into a decision
• A writer's ear for tone in a high-stakes email
• The judgment to say no to good ideas at the wrong time
