Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM to join their dynamic team. As an Application Developer - HRMS/Oracle HCM, you will be part of the HR Technology Support team supporting enterprise-wide HR systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Remote (Can work from anywhere in the US. EST preferred)
Pay Range:$85/hr on W2
What's the Job?- Develop, customize, and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions for US-based clients.
- Lead integrations with First Advantage for I-9 verification and background checks.
- Analyze recruiting business processes and identify gaps within Oracle product functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
- Perform analysis, design, coding, data migration, and testing for HRMS environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, HR business processes, and data structures.
- Experience in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs.
