Web Designer

We ship fast and break very little, and we want a Web Designer who shares that obsession with Innovation. You supply 1 years and Laravel;
Energy Transfer supplies $57,000 - $94,000, a Providence home, and growth that does not flatten out.

• Optimize application performance, latency, and resource utilization at scale
• Keep Kotlin schemas backward-compatible so Energy Transfer never forces a breaking upgrade
• Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with Jenkins
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems
• Profile and refactor legacy code to reduce technical debt over time
• Read the Innovation stack traces others skim past, and trace bugs to their root
• Own the Innovation release that Providence leadership has circled on the calendar
• Re-architect the technology flow so Innovation handles ten times Providence's current load

• A history of leaving technology processes better than you found them
• A Providence grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
• Around 1+ years of hands-on experience in a technology role
• Eagerness to take ownership and run with new responsibilities

The fast-moving culture at Energy Transfer is what keeps our Providence, RI team building remarkable things together. We prize follow-through: when someone here commits to something, the team can count on it.

Expect $57,000 - $94,000, yes, but also expect the kind of benefits and remote flexibility that make Mondays in Providence feel lighter.
