The Junior Application Developer helps design, build, and support the applications that power the organization's healthcare, revenue cycle, and internal operational workflows. This role works closely with the Director of Technology Delivery & Innovation, senior developers, IT Operations, Data Management, and business stakeholders to learn the codebase and contribute to solutions from concept through production.
This is a hands‑on, growth-oriented role on a small team within an established IT organization, with close mentorship from senior developers and technical leadership. The environment includes a hybrid on‑prem and cloud infrastructure that is actively evolving toward faster iteration, simplified processes, and expanded use of AI in the delivery workflow. The successful candidate will help maintain existing systems while building the skills to support their modernization.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and motivated to grow into greater ownership while adhering to integration, security, data governance, and compliance standards.
Technical Environment
This role operates across two primary environments:
- MSSQL, .NET/C#, and related enterprise tooling supporting core revenue‑generating workflows.
- Modern cloud‑native stack:
The role requires familiarity with both environments. Candidates should have hands‑on experience (through coursework, internships, or personal projects) with at least one, along with a willingness to learn the other.
