- Work on Responsible AI for multimodal generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with a globally diverse research team.
- Contribute to post-training and evaluation infrastructure for multimodal AI systems.
- Fine-tune LLMs/VLMs using SFT, RLAIF, and RLVR.
- Pursuing or completed a PhD in CS/ML.
- Hands-on experience with RL fine-tuning of LLMs/VLMs preferred.
