Graduate Software Tester

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using bug tracking systems.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Execute different types of tests, including functional, usability, performance, and security testing.
• Verify that fixes have been implemented and deployed correctly.
• Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test reports.
• Participate in agile sprint planning and reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and techniques.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail) and bug tracking systems.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) is a strong advantage for automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team setting.
