Senior Full Stack Engineer; Python​/Django & React

About the Role Our client, a respected software development house, is looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their innovative team in Paarl, Western Cape . • Develop and maintain web applications using Python (Django) for the backend and React for the frontend.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework.
• Expertise in JavaScript and the React library.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Knowledge of front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
