• Collaborate with remote team members on software design, development, and implementation.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across front-end and back-end systems.
• Assist in developing and integrating APIs and microservices.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings virtually.
• Contribute to the testing and debugging of software applications.
• Learn and apply principles of Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in database design, management, and optimization.
• Conduct research on new technologies and tools to improve development processes.
• Document technical specifications and project progress.
• Provide support for existing software solutions and troubleshoot issues.

• A strong foundational understanding of programming concepts and a passion for software development.
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular) is a plus.
• Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, adaptable to remote work.

• A matric certificate or equivalent.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science is advantageous.
