• Lead and mentor a team of iOS and Android developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee the entire mobile application development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Drive the architecture and technical design of new mobile features and applications.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and user-friendly mobile applications across both platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers in a remote setting.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes.
• Identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mobile development technologies and platforms.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for mobile products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mobile application issues.

• Extensive experience as a Mobile App Developer, with a significant focus on leadership or lead roles.
• Proven experience developing native iOS applications using Swift and/or native Android applications using Kotlin.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native or Flutter is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating mobile applications with backend services.
• Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
• Experience with mobile testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, specifically within a remote team context.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
