Remote Senior Project Manager - Software Engineering

• Lead the end-to-end management of software engineering projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resource requirements, and timelines.

• Direct and coordinate the activities of cross-functional software development teams.
• Implement and manage agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient project delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused specifically on software engineering projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects using agile methodologies.
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams is essential.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including various methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills tailored for a remote work environment.
