• Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor development teams on agile principles and practices.
• Manage project backlogs, ensuring user stories are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized.
• Track project progress, identify and resolve impediments, and manage risks proactively.
• Ensure clear communication channels are maintained between development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Work with product management to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
• Monitor team velocity and productivity, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, even in a remote setting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of agile processes and best practices across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in software development.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote team management.
• Proven ability to guide and motivate software development teams.
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering within tight deadlines.
• Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification is highly preferred.
