Remote Full-Stack Developer - FinTech Innovation

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user-friendly features.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code across the entire technology stack.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and team workflows.

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and associated state management libraries.
• Strong back-end development skills using languages like Python (Django/Flask), Node.js (Express), Java (Spring), or similar.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or No

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in the Fin Tech sector is a significant advantage.
