Senior Frontend Engineer; Remote

Our client, a leader in developing innovative educational technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their fully remote team. This role is essential for crafting exceptional user interfaces and user experiences for our cutting-edge learning platforms. You will be responsible for translating designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive code, ensuring seamless functionality across various devices and browsers. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and engaging digital experiences. • Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic and APIs.
• Optimize frontend performance for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable frontend code.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different devices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay current with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional frontend development experience.
• Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and at least one major frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Vuex).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a remote, collaborative setting.
