Remote Software Development Lead

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote software engineers across different time zones.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define product features and requirements.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performant software solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
• Implement and refine agile development methodologies to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding of new remote engineering talent.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform technical strategy.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration within the distributed team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Proven experience leading and managing remote engineering teams.
• Strong expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on remote collaboration.
