Key Responsibilities   Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex software applications.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable codebases using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and career development.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of software systems.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.
Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes.
Ensure adherence to security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate actively in an agile development process, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements   A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and associated frameworks.
Strong experience with database technologies (SQL and/or No

SQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Demonstrated experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.

Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Dev Ops practices is highly desirable.
A portfolio of successful software projects or contributions to open-source projects is a plus.
Must have the legal right to work remotely and be able to manage work across different time zones.
