Pair with experienced engineers and ask questions as you build practical skills.
- Gain exposure to full-stack concepts by observing and assisting with simple API integrations and learning how data moves between front-end applications and backend services. Backend work will be completed with guidance and is intended for learning rather than independent ownership.
- Participate in code reviews, pairing sessions, and Git-based team workflows. With support, make small code changes, document your work, ask for feedback, and assist with debugging straightforward issues.
- Learn basic testing practices by adding or updating tests with guidance. Shadow engineers to understand how software changes are reviewed, validated, and delivered; prior CI/CD experience is not required.
