As our project load grows and the team evolves, we're looking for a developer who doesn't just write solid code, but also uses modern AI tools to work faster, smarter, and more effectively.

Your Day-to-Day- AI-Assisted Development: You use modern AI tools across the entire development process: planning, architecture, development, debugging, and deployment.
- Technical Ownership: You know exactly what you're shipping. You use AI to speed up development, not to replace engineering judgment.
- Core Stack: React, Next.js, Node.js, Type Script, Tailwind CSS.
- Databases: SQL-focused backend work (PostgreSQL / Supabase / Convex).
- Projects: Building SaaS platforms, admin systems, dashboards, online stores, and custom business applications.
- An Actual Developer: Not a "vibe coder," but someone with real, hands-on experience in the JS/TS ecosystem.
- Experience: Roughly 3-4 years of modern web development experience.
- Autonomy: You can own features end to end and work confidently in a remote environment.
- Communication: You communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Systems Thinking: You don't just build UIs. You care about how the system works behind the scenes.
- CI/CD and server-side knowledge
- Experience with the OpenAI API or building AI-powered features
Work from anywhere on a flexible schedule, but be available to the team Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (GMT+1).
We don't count hours. We care about results. A 30-hour week is equivalent to a 6-hour workday, within a performance-based framework.

- 25 paid vacation days per year
Mid-Level: $1,800 - $2,400 / month
(Senior level: $2,400 - $3,000 / month)
