Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sports book inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium.

As an Engineering Manager, Client Services at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you’ll lead engineers within the Sports book Client team—an innovative, culturally driven group powering the rapidly growing Fanatics Sports book app. The team owns the core customer experience, from showcasing markets, events, and player statistics to rendering highly dynamic, real-time data. Together, we build features that elevate performance, usability, and engagement, driving customer loyalty through an exceptional user experience.

You are expected to partner with product and design leadership to shape strategy, optimize engineering processes, remove blockers, and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. You play a key role in growing engineering talent, driving delivery rigor, and ensuring your team consistently executes against business commitments.
