- Senior Backend Engineer on Fanatics Core, building shared platform services.
- Work on the Fanatics App, enabling betting, ecommerce, and collectibles experiences.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems and tools.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and on-call support.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- 5+ years in scalable backend systems;
Kotlin/Java and Spring preferred. - Strong communication, Agile expertise, and observability knowledge.
- Nice to have:
Kubernetes, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
