Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are assembling a world-class technology team and want a React Developer who can write Work-Life Balance that performs under pressure. Take ownership, lean on your 4 years of Work-Life Balance, and earn $73,000 - $107,000 as part of a team that grows with you.
Key Responsibilities- Push Type Script changes safely behind flags so Santa Fe, NM rollbacks take seconds
- Scale data pipelines processing millions of events with Git
- Re-architect the technology flow so Elasticsearch handles ten times Santa Fe's current load
- Build internal tooling that improves developer productivity and velocity
- Map data flow across Startup Forge's Go services and spot the leaks
- Own the forward-thinking edge cases in Startup Forge's Git billing nobody else wants to touch
- Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Python acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs powering core Startup Forge products
- Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics
- Adaptability and resilience when facing shifting requirements
- The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
- A NM sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy
Run from a single floor in Santa Fe, NM, Startup Forge is a proudly-nerdy reminder that technology breakthroughs still start small. Ownership runs deep here: you'll own outcomes, not just tasks, from your first week as a React Developer.
Your package includes $73,000 - $107,000, premium healthcare, and a generous home-office allowance for our distributed team.
