• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions for telecommunications platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a remote setting to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using best practices in software development.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues across various environments.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technology selection for new projects.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to telecommunications software.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on backend systems.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
