• Research, design, and implement novel reinforcement learning algorithms and techniques.

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field with a specialization in Reinforcement Learning.
• Proven experience in developing and applying reinforcement learning algorithms (e.g., Q-learning, Policy Gradients, Actor-Critic methods, Deep RL).
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
• Experience with RL simulation environments (e.g., OpenAI Gym, Mu Jo Co ) is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, statistics, and mathematics.
• Ability to conduct independent research and contribute effectively to a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team setting is a plus.
