• Design, develop, and implement complex software modules for telecommunication platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as C++, Java, or Python.
• Architect and build scalable, distributed software systems.
• Develop software for network management, signaling, and data processing applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to define software requirements and solutions.
• Optimize software performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Implement automated testing strategies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in telecommunications software development.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a significant focus on telecommunications systems.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (C++, Java, Python).
• Deep understanding of telecommunications protocols (e.g., SIP, H.323, SS7, Diameter, TCP/IP).
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
  
  Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded systems is a plus.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team environment.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
