• Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Define and drive the frontend technical strategy, architecture, and best practices.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex, scalable, and responsive user interfaces.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable frontend code.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in frontend software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or lead role.
• Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Deep understanding of state management, component-based architecture, and frontend build tools.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
