Principal Software Engineer

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems.
• Develop robust, maintainable, and efficient code for critical product features.

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on system design and architecture.
• Deep expertise in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, C++, Python, Go) and its ecosystem.
• Proven experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working in a remote setting.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
