Senior Software Engineer - Backend

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve the software systems that form the backbone of our financial platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and features.
• Implement robust security measures and data protection protocols.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology selection.
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js).
• Strong experience with designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or No

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies, CI/CD, and testing.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with financial technologies or fintech is a significant plus.
• Ability to work effectively both remotely and in an office environment.
